Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and customs clearance procedures.

We currently ship to:

  • EU countries
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • Rest of World (International)

Shipping Rates

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Free shipping on all EU orders over €200

For orders below €200:

  • Netherlands — €4.50
  • Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg — €10.00
  • Other EU countries — €15.00

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

  • €25.00 shipping

🌍 United States & Rest of World

  • €35.00 shipping

Customs, Duties & Taxes

EU Orders

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties or customs charges.

UK Orders

For orders shipped to the UK, Billie Swim covers import duties and VAT at delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customers will not be charged additional customs fees upon receipt of their order.

Rest of World Orders

Orders shipped outside the EU and UK may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Are determined by local customs authorities
  • Must be paid by the customer

Billie Swim has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Returns Policy

General Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners intact.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@billieswim.com before sending your item back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Billie Swim can provide a return label upon request for your convenience
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Returns from the EU

  • No additional customs charges apply
  • Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and inspected

Returns from the UK & Rest of World (Important)

When a return is shipped from outside the EU back to our EU-based warehouse, customs authorities may treat the return as a new import into the EU.

As a result, import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees may be charged upon re-entry into the EU.

These charges:

  • Are imposed by customs authorities and carriers
  • Are the responsibility of the customer
  • Will be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately if required

If these charges are not paid, we may be unable to accept the return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been received and approved

If applicable, return shipping costs, customs charges, or other return-related fees will be deducted before the refund is issued.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos

In these cases, Billie Swim will cover:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any applicable customs charges

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Billie Swim is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

If your order is significantly delayed:

  1. Please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  2. If needed, reach out to us at hello@billieswim.com for further assistance

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Billie Swim is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors provided at checkout
